Melania Trump and Donald Trump face new allegations concerning their marriage. Following the latter's loss to his rival in the presidential race, experts and former White House staff members shared their respective thoughts about the couple's possible divorce.

Jacqueline Newman, a U.S. divorce lawyer, claimed that the outgoing First Lady may receive a $50 million settlement if she cuts ties with her husband, according to Metro. But, the figures may still vary depending on the custodial rights she would get toward their only son, Barron.

Speaking to Town and Country, the managing partner of Berkman Bottger Newman & Rodd explained that the payout would likely be "fairly generous." She is, also, certain that Melania would get all the custodial rights and that Donald Trump would only get access to his youngest son when he is "in town."

The speculations concerning Melania Trump and Donald Trump's divorce have always remained apparent. But, the talks about the matter became even more evident amid the U.S. President's refusal to concede his defeat from the presidential race.

Stephanie Winston Wolkoff, who claims to be the "former friend" of the First Lady, alleged that she is currently negotiating their "post-nuptial agreement," according to the Daily Express. She said that the mother-of-one wants to secure Barron Trump's fortune.

Another former White House staff, Omarosa Manigault Newman, also, claimed that Melania is now "counting every minute" until they are out of the People's House. She asserted that the U.S. President's wife could already leave her husband because it would no longer be the "ultimate humiliation."

Newman continued that Trump would "punish" his wife if she pulls this act toward him during his presidency. But, considering that they would already be out of the political spotlight, a divorce will likely happen after they move out of the executive residence.

The divorce speculations further strengthened its stance earlier this week. Melania Trump and Donald Trump made their first appearance since the election. They marked the Veterans Day in Arlington National Cemetery, alongside Mike Pence and Ivanka Trump.

Several photos of the ceremony went public after. But, these images sparked controversies across social media platforms because the First Lady was in the arms of another man in one of the captured moments.

The Daily Mail reported that the masked military man escorted and sheltered Melania Trump under an umbrella. While walking, the U.S. President's wife held on to the soldier's arms, while the American leader walked ahead of them.
