The new Apple Silicon M1 Macs are creating a wave of enthusiasm among Final Cut Pro users and they have every good reason to feel excited.

During Apple's "One More Thing" event held on November 10, the company unveiled the first Macs powered by the new Apple Silicon M1 chip. These Macs consist of the new MacBook Air, 13-inch MacBook Pro, and the Mac Mini. All three machines are powered by the M1 system on the Apple Silicon chip, meaning users can expect the same performances from the new Macs. With the improvement in performance and speed, no one is more excited than users of Final Cut Pro, and they have good reason to be glad.

Although the new Apple Silicon M1-powered Macs has still to prove its worth in a real-world scenario, Final Cut Pro users believe it will be a boon to them and thousands of other creative professionals. With reviews on the new Macs set for Tuesday and most consumers receiving their recently ordered Apple Silicon machines on the same day, a lot of things will definitely be revealed about the Macs on Wednesday.

On the other hand, though most customers, including Final Cut Pro users, are still waiting to receive their new Apple Silicon M1-powered Macs, some have already passed judgment on how the latest machines will fare. The Linus Tech Tips channel on YouTube posted a rather scathing review of the M1-Macs, expressing their belief that the machine is not as powerful and fast as many think.

The analysis made by the Linus Tech Tips channel earned a sharp rebuke a day later, showing popular tech reviewer, Jonathan Morrison, who lost no time in telling Linus Tech Tips not to jump to conclusions. "Linus, I love you but...You jumped the gun on Apple's new M1 silicon chip and the new MacBook Air, MacBook Pro, and Mac mini," Morrison stated in the video description. He also encouraged Linus Tech Tips to check out Anandtech's Apple Silicon M1-powered Macs review. Despite the brewing war of words between the two tech reviewers, nothing can stop Final Cut Pro users from getting excited over the new machines.

Many Final Cut Pro users believe that the new Apple Silicon M1-powered Macs will make their work easier and faster. They also have sharp words for those who regard the new Macs as toys. These Apple fans want critics to remember they also said the same thing about the iPhone, the iPad, and the Apple Watch, and while these devices started slow, they are among the best in terms of performance. With the new machines set to arrive at their doorstep on Tuesday, there are truly good reasons why Final Cut Pro users and other creative professionals should feel excited.
