Prince William and Kate Middleton might have not expected to find three actual reindeers greeting them when they got to the second stop of their Royal Train Tour in Berwick-upon-Tweed.

The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge is now at the Scotland's south of the border to England, where they were introduced to Crackers, Chaz and a six-month old reindeer named Echols. The royal pair also met teachers and school kids who were dressed as Santa's flying helpers with their reindeer gear.

Upon getting out the royal train, Prince William apparently greeted onlookers and noted that it's freezing outside. The royals were then led to the Holy Trinity Church of England First School to personally express their gratitude to the teachers who kept working despite the pandemic crisis.

According to People, a crowd was gathered at the Berwick train station despite keeping Kate, and Prince William's Royal Train Tour's stops a secret. The couple arrived from Edinburgh, where they visited the Scottish Ambulance Service to thank the medical frontliners.

After their visit to Berwick-Upon-Tweed, Prince William and Kate headed to Yorkshire near the English-Scottish border to visit workers at a food bank that kept operating during the lockdown. Reports cited that thousands of families across 11,000 charities in the U.K. relied on the FareShare volunteers.

Prince William said that it was "extremely important" for him and Kate to see some of this pandemic's heroes face to face and personally talk or check up on them. The Duke of Cambridge also said that these volunteers have shown "the very best of human nature" by doing their selfless service despite the trying times.

Prince William and Kate are expected to make 10 stops on their Royal Train Tour. They will also visit Wales and some parts of England.

The Cambridge pair will be back in London in time for their children's school holiday break. According to Daily Express, Prince George and Princess Charlotte, who attend Thomas's Battersea in London, will no longer have classes after Friday, Dec. 11, until Jan. 6, 2021.

Prince William, Kate, and their children are expected to spend the Christmas holidays in Anmer Hall since the royal family's traditional reunion in Sandringham won't be happening this year. The Cambridges might also drive down to Bucklebury to visit Kate's parents, Michael and Carole Middleton.
