The number of haters that Jake Paul is getting continues to grow, a similar occurrence as far as who would be down to face the 23-year-old in a fight. Names like Conor McGregor, Dillon Danis and LeBron James have been dragged into the mix. However, it appears the number of women willing to face him in a “put-up or shut-up” showdown is increasing as well.

Not long after he boasted that his side offered a $50 million deal to Conor McGregor for a potential fight, another popular UFC name has entered the mix. In a way, her name is not surprising since she was the same person suggested by UFC president Dana White. She is no other than Amanda Nunes.

“The Lioness” responded on her Twitter account to the recent suggestion of White suggesting that Paul may end up facing Nunes instead. The answer was done bluntly and most felt it was a way to show that the YouTuber would best face a female counterpart instead.

Regardless, Nunes is someone that Paul may not want to mess with. She is a beast in the cage and has taken down big names in the past. That includes Holly Holm and Cristiane Cyborg.

The 32-year-old has won 11-straight fights, the last of which was a unanimous decision win over Felicia Spencer. The Brazilian was set to face Megan Anderson at UFC 256 but pulled out due to an undisclosed injury.

It will be interesting if a cross-gender fight will happen. Paul has yet to respond, still focusing on McGregor. The Notorious is busy preparing for Dustin Poirier who he will face in January 2021.

Nunes is the second female fighter who is open to fighting Paul. The first one was Claressa Shields who is busy as she makes the shift from boxing to the mixed martial arts scene. The 25-year-old is open to fighting Paul and promised to give him a sound beating.

"I, Claressa Shields, will whoop Jake Paul's ass," Shields said. "He can come in the ring weighing 180lb and I will come weighing 168 and I will beat the s**t out of him."

Shields would take another swipe at Paul when she appeared in a live interview with Brandon “Scoop B” Robinson of Heavy.

“I want to tell Jake Paul I’m not the one to f**k with! That’s all I wanna tell him. Like, my man, I’ll get there with you gladly. We can give all the money to the Flint Water Crisis and give out water and everything. But, man, man, man, I will put a hurting on that boy,” Shields said.
