The new Rebirth island in "Call of Duty: Warzone" is the latest map released along with the first season of "Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War." It is a location designed for a smaller number of players that prefer fast-paced battle. The new season launches the island-specific event, but it is surprisingly hard to access.

How To Access Rebirth Island in "Call of Duty: Warzone"

"Call of Duty: Warzone" has a massive Rebirth Event section in the game menu. However, it does not actually help players in going anywhere but just lists challenges and rewards that they could unlock. Verdansk is still the main map in "Warzone" that takes players to the new smaller Rebirth Islandavailable only in particular playlists.

To access and play on the new Rebirth Island on "Call of Duty: Warzone," players need to choose Resurgence Trios playlist. This might change as the season progresses, but at launch, it is a dependable way to access the new map. This will allow players to drop on a mini battle royale map and they would be teamed up with other players.

Other Rebirth Island Details

The latest map in "Call of Duty: Warzone" allows a maximum of 40 players to drop in and players can respawn on the map every after 30 seconds. That is, of course, granting that any of their squad members are still alive until the final circle. Rebirth island does not replace the Verdansk map but sits alongside it in several modes as an alternative option.

Several areas included in the new island are harbour, Factor, Chemical Engineering, Prison Block, Decon Zone and Bioweapons Labs, to name a few. It also features a new Gulag in battle royale modes. However, it is inaccessible when played as part of the Resurgence.

It is also worth noting that Rebirth Island is a specific event that will run until Jan. 4. Players able to complete 16 map-specific missions earn unique rewards. In this map, players should be prepared for short matches because aside from the island's size, the size of the circle closes in real fast.

"Call of Duty: Warzone" players should also prepare for lots of medium-range combat in rebirth Island. It is important that players can keep on grabbing gear for as long as they survive since supply boxes can be reused.
