The feud between Ray Fisher and Warner Bros. continues and this time, it has cost the Justice League star a major role in an upcoming project. Fisher has just confirmed that he will no longer appear as Cyborg in the DC Extended Universe flick The Flash. Interestingly, he blames the studio for the decision and its determination to continue defending DC Films president Walter Hamada.

Ray Fisher has previously made headlines when he alleged that director Joss Whedon and producers Geoff Johns and Jon Berg of unprofessional behavior during the Justice League reshoots. Fisher's allegations led to Warner Bros. conducting an investigation into the matter. Meanwhile, Fisher was confirmed to reprise his role as Victor Stone in The Flash as he kept updating his fans on what was happening in the investigation.

Unfortunately, the tension between Ray Fisher and Warner Bros. has escalated yet again and this time, the actor shared all the details on his official Twitter account. In the lengthy message, Fisher started off by confirming that he will no longer be a part of The Flash movie.

"I have received official confirmation that Warner Bros. Pictures has decided to remove me from the cast of The Flash. I strongly disagree with their decision, but it is one that is unsurprising," Fisher wrote. He then continued by explicitly explaining what DC Films president Walter Hamada has reportedly done in an effort to protect Geoff Johns in the Justice League investigation.

Ray Fisher added that although Walter Hamada tried his best, the investigation still revealed the truth about what happened during the Justice League reshoots.

"Despite Walter's best efforts, the Justice League investigation was able to expose the racist, coercive, discriminatory, and retaliatory behavior of Geoff Johns during his tenure with WarnerMedia's affiliates. It has also led to the more immediate parting of ways between WarnerMedia and Joss Whedon," he wrote.

In his previous allegations, Ray Fisher stated that director Joss Whedon acted unprofessionally during the Justice League reshoots. It was also revealed that several actors of color had their roles reduced or completely written off the film. A witness in the investigation even stated that Whedon had tried to make an actor's complexion appear lighter in the movie.

Although Ray Fisher will no longer appear in The Flash, fans can still see Cyborg in action later this year. He is set to return in Zack Snyder's Justice League, which is set to premiere on HBO Max in 2021.
