No one knows what Ivanka Trump plans to do after her stint inside the White House. As the speculations continue to develop, several theories have since emerged about her next steps.

Sources confirmed, though, that they have already relocated to their new home in Miami. CNN reported that she and Jared Kushner signed a one-year lease on a condo at The Arte, adding that it is an expensive oceanfront residential building.

The family's property in the Kalorama neighborhood is now empty as the last of their moving trucks, reportedly, departed on Thursday. The rest of their belongings would, then, arrive in their new place, which is just a few minutes away from their newly purchased Indian Creek Island lot.

The news first came from The Wall Street Journal earlier this week. The publication said that a "person familiar with the situation" revealed Ivanka Trump and Jared Kushner's movements, as well as some of the details of their new place in Florida.

The Arte, which Italian architect Antonio Citterio designed, features a "striking" pyramid shape. Many, also, deems the structure as "one of the most luxurious new oceanfront developments" in the Surfside neighborhood.

The same insiders continued that the one-year lease is an "interim measure" while the First Daughter and her husband build a house in their "Billionaire's Bunker" lot. Despite all the assertions, though, the couple has yet to confirm nor make a comment about the matter.

In December, Ivanka Trump and Jared Kushner shelled out over $30 million on a lot inside Indian Creek Island, according to Page Six. It is, reportedly, one of the most secure places in the state, noting that the "guarded and gated" location has 13 policemen for 29 residential properties.

While details remain scarce, sources believe that the couple purchases Lot 4 to build a bayfront estate. Reports, then, named Julio Iglesias as the previous owner of the property, which has a total of 1.84 acres of space, alongside the 200 feet private waterfront.

In relation to Ivanka Trump and Jared Kushner's plan to live in a very secured location, ABC News reported on Friday that the couple, as well as Donald Trumps' three adult children, will receive additional six-month protection from the Secret Service. As stated, the former U.S. President signed a memorandum before his exit to extend the protection for all of his children.

It remains unknown, however, whether the orders came from Trump himself. The U.S. Secret Service does not discuss these kinds of matters, as well, as part of their practice.
