The title of Chicago P.D. season 8 episode 5 is "In Your Care," and it is a reference to Burgess storyline. According to the synopsis, she will discover something about the previous case and it will "change her life forever." This is, particularly, tied to Michaela -- the little girl she saved earlier this season.
Burgess made a connection with Michaela, whose family was killed. She and Adam Ruzek (Patrick John Flueger) have been looking after the little girl since then. Initially, some suspected that the couple will adopt the girl -- but she was adopted by her relatives.
Although nothing is confirmed, Burgess' discovery in Chicago P.D. season 8 episode 5 may have something to do with Michaela's family not taking care of her. The episode title and the word "change" in the synopsis hinted that she and Ruzek might finally adopt the little girl.

Burgess and Ruzek were both heartbroken when they lost their baby. Until now, they're still dealing with the impact of it, and they lean on each other for support. The couple may have a chance to become a parent now that Michaela's in the picture.
Meanwhile, Chicago P.D. season 8 episode 5 sees the team investigating a rash of carjackings. Eventually, they learned that this case is more complicated than they thought. There'll be a lot of actions and intense moments coming here.
