The Curse of Oak Island season 8 episode 13 is coming next week on History Channel, with the title "The Fellowship Of The Ringbolt." The reality treasure hunting show went on a brief hiatus as a part of its mid-season break. Now, the Lagina brothers will continue finding the Money Pit when it returns.
The Curse of Oak Island season 8 episode 13 could bring something big for the fellowship this time around. In the past few episodes, Rick and Marty Lagina, along with their team, made a lot of significant discoveries. All of them believe that they're getting close to the real location of the valuable treasure.
The fellowship already unearthed a human shoe, a piece of glass, an old coin, and many others. Their findings further convinced them that they're about to uncover the Money Pit. They were determined to find where the treasure chest is buried -- and to solve the mysteries surrounding the island, as well.
According to the synopsis of The Curse of Oak Island season 8 episode 13, the team will follow the trajectory of the mysterious stone pathway found in the swamp. Their investigation in locating the Money Pit has led them to the discovery of an elusive piece of Oak Island lore.
Gary Drayton is also certain that treasure is nearby after finding evidence. In episode 12, Alex Lagina was the one who unearthed the human shoe and a piece of glass, which they considered another major discovery. The team studied these items at they suspected that they were from 1492.
This prompted the team to believe that human activities occurred on the island back in the 1400s. Now, two things will be in focus in The Curse of Oak Island season 8 episode 13 -- the roadway and the swamp. The fellowship suspected that these two could lead them towards the location of the Money Pit.
The swamp has been the major focused throughout the season. In episode 1, one of them dives and found an item that looks like gold. But then, it slipped through his finger and further plunged into the murky depth. They believe that the swamp and roadway might be connected, and they potentially tied to the treasure.
