BTS continues to increase the number of their avid fans and followers across the globe. Aside from their music and live productions, many people follow the septet because of their visuals.

As an idol in the world of K-Pop, it is not surprising that the seven South Korean celebrities follow controlled diets and workout routines daily. Apart from enhancing their skills and talents, they, also, have to take good care of their looks, appearances, and styles.

The talks about the group's diet and exercise regimens come after V and RM trended on social media. As it happened, several ARMYs received a shocking treat from the idols as they shared their workout sessions before the public.

Koreaboo reported that it all emerged when the first BE Log of BTS went public earlier this week. It centers on V's activities, including his rehearsals for his song, "Snow Flower," and his workout sessions, alongside RM.

The two K-Pop idols publicized how they do some of their routines in the gym, causing many fans to "celebrate" on social media. While V was lifting weights for his arm muscles, RM was standing in front of the gym mirror, revealing his muscular build.

The emergence of the photos and clips sent many fans into a frenzy as they could not seemingly "handle" how good the two South Korean artists looked. The hashtags "I am not okay" and "Big Hit close the gym" has since trended worldwide on Twitter.

The same publication said that V seemingly focuses on his arms, as this body part has improved over the years. As for RM, he previously shared in an interview that he mainly works out to improve on his dancing skills.

A separate report from Koreaboo, then, recalled an episode of Run BTS! wherein the seven members showed off their respective exercises. Jin, Jimin, and Jungkook led the septet and taught them how to do their workout routines.

The outlet said that Jungkook's regimen centered on "strength." As for Jimin, his' focused on "flexibility," while Jin was "extra af."

As for the members of BTS' diet plans, they all seemingly followed a strict program to lose weight and maintain their appearance. BTSBOMB previously released a report, detailing how the septet values their visuals by doing extreme diets.

Jimin used to eat one meal per day in order to drop his overall weight. He lost 10 kg in less than two weeks, which he admitted to being risky and dangerous.

For Jungkook and J-Hope, the two idols appear to have maintained their physique by exercising and restricting themselves from eating unhealthy foods. In some of their programs, ARMYs witnessed how they controlled themselves from eating sweet treats.

Jin, much like what Jimin did, only ate two packs of chicken breasts for a year. But, he has already quit doing this after learning that he became malnourished.
