K-Pop idols continue to make a name for themselves in the music space. But, aside from their talents and skills, several of these artists have, also, become popular for their current movements in the world of South Korean entertainment.

Koreaboo reported that many idols have been making "statements" to blur the lines between genders. They seemingly do this with their choice of clothing, hairstyle, and make-up. Among all the artists, the outlet listed some of the most popular ones who have been doing this since they arrived in the world of K-Pop.

Lee Daewhi of AB6IX is one of the many K-Pop idols who do not shy away from making such statements. He has, reportedly, made no secret that "he enjoys breaking down boundaries."

In one of his previous interviews, he shared that he does not fixate himself on the idea of "manly sexiness or feminine sexiness." Instead, he likes to come off as "simply" himself as Lee Dae Hwi.

Another South Korean artist who appears to have the same notion is Felix of Stray Kids. The outlet said that the K-Pop group itself has made a name not only because of their music but, because of fashion, as well.

As explained, the members have become "pioneers in fashion," and Felix, in particular, has "blurred gender expectations" with the use of his clothes, make-up, and accessories. He is, reportedly, known for his style as he combines "glamour and extravagance."

Dongmyeong from ONEWE is another K-Pop idol who believes that "there is no such thing as masculine or feminine things." He does not shy away from taking risks and breaking stereotypes with the use of his own style.

Jo Kwon of 2AM does not only shy away from this but, he has, also, reportedly, been a "pioneer" in blurring the lines between genders. Since their debut in 2012, the artist has already shared with the world that he identifies himself as "genderless."

South China Morning Post previously released a similar report about K-Pop idols breaking gender norms. In the list, though, the publication focused on the artists who have been doing this before it even became a trend.

Alongside Jo Kwon of 2AM, the article, also, listed G-Dragon of BIGBANG, Amber Liu of F(x), Lee Hong-Ki of F.T. Island, and Monsta X. These South Korean celebrities have been breaking the barriers since their arrival in the world of entertainment through their fashion choices.
