K-Pop female idols have continued to increase their following because of their skills and talents. But, aside from what they can offer in terms of music, many fans, also, admire them for their overall appearance. It is no secret that female idols are attractive, and their model-like features highly contribute to this dynamic.

Accordingly, it makes total sense why several individuals assume that they are tall, like most runway models today. Moreover, their physical proportions seemingly play a huge role in this matter, leading many people to think that they are, indeed, tall.

However, Koreaboo released a report, detailing the height of some of the famous female idols. As noted, several fans and followers have always thought that these K-Pop stars are tall. But, the truth is that they do not even reach the average height of 5'4.5" or 164 cm in the industry.

On top of the list, the publication named YooAh from OH MY GIRL as one of the K-Pop female idols who only appear tall because of her body proportions. As pointed out, she is "shorter than most fans think."

Her slender frame and long legs seemingly give the idea that she surpasses the average height in the world of K-Pop. However, YooAh is only 5'3" or 160 cm.

IZ*ONE's Minju, also, made it to the list because several individuals have always, reportedly, thought that she is in the 170 cm or 5'7" and above. But, the publication revealed that her height is only approximately 163 cm or close to 5'4".

Seulgi of Red Velvet is, also, one of the K-Pop female idols who many fans thought of as a tall celebrity. However, based on the reported measurements, she is only a little taller than 5'3", thanks to her long legs and massive stage presence.

While these female idols are, indeed, shorter than what most of their fans think, they are not necessarily the shortest artists in the world of K-Pop. A separate report from Koreaboo revealed that there are a lot more South Korean female artists that are way shorter than them.

Some examples include TWICE's Dahyun and Chaeyoung, who are both 159 cm or 5'2.6" and Red Velvet's Irene and Yeri with their 158 cm or 5'2.2" height. Below the 5'2" range, Girls' Generation's Taeyeon and Sunny belong in this group because of their 5'1" height.

RList previously released a report about the height measurements of many K-Pop female idols today. As explained, the tallest among all is Jinkyung of Unnies, who has a height of 5'11" or 180 cm.

She belongs in the 51.2 percent of the idols that have a height taller than 5'5" or 165 cm. In the overall distribution, the publication said that only 10.6 percent have a height below 160 cm.
