Eva McCulloch/Mirror Master's (Efrat Dor) arc might be coming to an end in The Flash season 7 episode 3. The character has been a major adversary since the previous season, but her storyline wasn't given a proper conclusion since the series cuts down episodes due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Eva's story was meant to wrap up in season 6 but that didn't happen because of the real-life health crisis. The remaining episodes were incorporated in the current installment, with the villain's arc expected to end in The Flash season 7 episode 3.

Now, things become even more intense especially since Mirror Master is stronger than ever. After escaping the Mirrorverse, where Iris West-Allen (Candice Patton) was still trapped, she gained more powers. She's one of the powerful adversaries Barry Allen (Grant Gustin) has ever faced.

Barry is still trying to save his wife, Iris, and get her out of the Mirrorverse. But, his biggest problem is that he is losing his speed and not even the artificial speed can help him. Yet, a major twist in the previous episode allowed him to get his power back -- but Nash Wells (Tom Cavanagh) sacrificed himself.

Now, Barry and the Team Flash will do everything they can to rescue Iris and to honor their fallen friend, as well. Since Eva is becoming more powerful, they will try to figure out how to defeat her once and for all. An old friend will also show up and offer a helping hand.

Natalie Dreyfuss's Sue Dearbon is returning in The Flash season 7 episode 3. As teased in the synopsis, everyone is shocked when she came back and ready to risk her life to help them. The character's presence proved to be interesting given that there were questions about her storyline.

There have been speculations about her arc after Ralph Dibny's (Hartley Sawyer) exit. But, it looks like the superhero drama still has plans to include the character and make her an essential part of the story. It's interesting to see how she's going to help the team in defeating Eva.

The promo of The Flash season 7 episode 3 also featured the ultimate showdown between the Team Flash and Eva. The clip showed how the latter causes chaos and destroys whoever comes in her way. Barry and the rest of the heroes won't back down despite the dangers along the way.

The Flash season 7 episode 3, titled "Mother," will be airing on Tuesday, March 16, on The CW. The episode is directed by David McWhirter and written by Kristen Kim and Eric Wallace.
