BLACKPINK's Rosé has been teasing the release of her new "Gone" music video since holding a fan meeting. Blinks are now looking forward to seeing her new hit song's visual, which will show a different side of the fan-favorite star.

According to All K-Pop, Rosé is about to show her acting skills, making the "Gone" music video more exciting. As the hype continuously gets intense, the Korean-New Zealand singer drops a sneak preview, raising fans' anticipation.

The 24-year-old star revealed during a fan meeting, via Soompi, that aside from the "On the Ground" record-breaking music video, she would also drop a new MV for "Gone." It looked like the hitmaker couldn't stop herself from revealing the news after saying she's not sure if she's allowed to say it.

Rosé considered the clip a gift to her fans, who had been waiting so hard for her subsequent releases. She then gave an update about when they could see the videotape that made them more excited.

On the other hand, she also answered a fan's question during an Instagram Live session, though only with a playful, teasing laugh. The BLACKPINK member said the "Gone" release would be a secret, telling nothing about it yet, though it would be "very, very soon."

Just last month, the YG Entertainment talent released the visual for "On the Ground," which is part of the debut solo album, R. With its explosive reel, fans are expecting the same, if not surpass, for "Gone" music clip.

"On the Ground" quickly got to the No. 1 spot on both the Billboard Global 200 and Billboard Global Excl. U.S. charts on March 27, per Billboard. "Gone," alternatively, debuted at No. 17 on the Global Excl. U.S. chart. As of March 31, it has 17.4 million streams and 19,000 sales outside the U.S.

Meanwhile, Rosé is the first K-Pop star who has led the Global Excl. U.S. survey solo and with a group. BLACKPINK's song, "Lovesick Girls," also debuted at No. 1 on the said chart in October last year.

Her two new solo songs helped her climb the No. 2 spot on the Emerging Artists chart on March 27. "Gone" also debuted at No. 15 on the Digital Songs Sales tally with 6,000 copies sold.

In addition, Rosé teased 30 seconds of "Gone" and its music video before officially debuting the ballad during the group's The Show Livestream concert on January 31. Fortunately, the long wait will be over as the much-awaited music video will be officially out on Monday, April 5.
