U.S. President Joe Biden's son Hunter doesn't remember having sex with a stripper who later gave birth to his child.
Biden makes the revelation in a forthcoming memoir, "Beautiful Things."
In the book set for release Tuesday Biden details his struggles with drugs, particularly after the death of his older brother Beau in 2015.
The memoir describes his years of alcohol addiction and numerous sexual encounters.
"It's why I would later challenge in court the woman in Arkansas who had a baby in 2018 and claimed the child was mine. I had no recollection of our encounter," The New York Post quoted Hunter as saying.
Hunter said his drug and alcohol addiction led to him having sex with countless women.
The women were "hardly the dating type," he said.
In 2019, a woman named Lunden Roberts sued Biden for paternity and child support. According to Biden he had a brief fling only with Roberts. At the time, Hunter was still in a relationship with his late brother's widow Hallie.
Roberts was a stripper working in Washington, D.C.
In January last year, Arkansas Independence County Circuit Judge Holly Meyer issued an order establishing that Biden was the father.
Biden and Roberts battled it out in court for several months over child support and custody.
Eventually, Biden agreed to pay a confidential settlement.
