The doctors and other medical staff at Chastain Park Memorial Hospital are going to face a very serious problem in the upcoming The Resident season 4 episode 11. Everyone needs to be prepared because a huge disaster coming and it could be devastating to the characters, as well as the hospital.

The Resident season 4 episode 11 is titled "After the Storm," and it'll bring dramatic and intense stories. The doctors have gone through a lot already and dealt with violent situations, health crises, and corporate takeover. This time, dangerous weather hits the hospital and could leave serious damages.

The entire staff at Chastain goes into crisis mode when a tornado hits Atlanta and the path is going directly to the hospital. All of them have to prepare themselves for the possible damage it could cause and must ensure the safety of everyone at the same time.

As seen in the promo of The Resident season 4 episode 11, the terrifying tornado is heading towards the hospital and everyone looks scared as the disaster approaches. They're all in panic mode once it hits Chastain, and after passing by, the hospital was severely damaged.

Since Chastain has been hugely impacted, the doctors and the entire staff must find a way to recover. However, this won't be easy for them and some may eventually reach their breaking point. The disaster could leave a huge trauma to most of the characters.

Elsewhere in The Resident season 4 episode 11, Nic (Emily VanCamp) and Conrad (Matt Czuchry) will be working on injured EMT. Devon (Manish Dayal) and Leela (Anuja Joshi), on the other hand, were trapped with a man with severe head trauma and they must operate him with limited supplies.

Bell (Bruce Greenwood) will be pulling Dr. Wong (Conrad Ricamora) and AJ (Malcolm-Jamal Warner) on a case that involves a cancer patient who must undergo a very risky surgery. As for Cain (Morris Chestnut), he gets assigned a new resident.

Meanwhile, the upcoming episode is the first installment following Shaunette Renée Wilson's exit as Mina Okafor. She departed on the medical drama in the previous episode, titled "Into the Unknown," and her decision to leave was her personal choice.

Speaking to TVLine, Wilson said she already approached the producer some time ago about her plan to leave and they agreed to her decision. The actress thanked them for giving Mina a great send-off, and also thanked the cast, crew, as well as fans.

The Resident season 4 episode 11 airs on Tuesday, April 27, on Fox.
