BLACKPINK's Jisoo and Tottenham Hotspur player Song Heung-min are, reportedly, dating and fans are now shipping for them. These two are currently the hot topic of many online communities after netizens found some pieces of evidence to support the claim.
So, where do all the rumors began? AllKpop noted Jisoo and Heung-min's same-day arrival at Incheon International Airport on Oct. 5 raised some eyebrows.
They both came from Paris, France when the footballer should have flown from London instead of the City of Light. Were they together?
The 29-year-old athlete arrived in Korea for the 2022 FIFA World Cup Asia Qualifier match between South Korea and Syria. The game was held on Oct. 7.
Alternatively, the BLACKPINK member just came home from the Paris Fashion Week. In addition to this, the two, allegedly, have a couple's bracelet.
Soccer fans know Heung-min has a bracelet that he will often kiss whenever he gets a score goal. KpopStarz cited the sportsman started doing it when he played against Bayern Munich in the second leg of the 2019-2020 UEFA Champions League at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium on Oct. 2, 2019.
He also did the same thing when he scored a goal against Sri Lanka during the 2022 FIFA World Cup Qatar second qualifying round on Oct. 10, 2019. Coincidentally, Jisoo has the identical bracelet on her left wrist, where Heung-min also wore his.
It is also good to note that the singer watched the Premiere League Match at the Tottenham Hotspur stadium in London in September 2019. At the time, she shared some snippets of the game on her Instagram Story and cheered for Heung-min's South Korean national soccer team.
Some fans believe the alleged relationship between the two is only a rumor, but they cannot help but start to ship for them. They say they can be a global couple and incredibly look good together.
But will YG Entertainment agree to this if it ever happens? It has been known that the music label has been strict of its talents when it comes to dating. In fact, in a 2016 interview, via Style Caster, Jisoo revealed that when she met Yang Hyun-suk for the first time, his first question was if she had a boyfriend.
He also asked about the ring she was wearing at the time, to which she said it meant nothing. She also did not have a boyfriend. YG even made different schedules for male and female trainees so that they would not meet.
For this reason, Jisoo has yet to have a boyfriend or been in a relationship before. It is probably why she has never been involved in any dating rumor-just now with Heung-min.
