Three years have passed since Meghan Markle and Prince Harry tied the knot in front of millions of people. While controversies have continued to follow them around, the couple has seemingly remained focused on their own family.
But, a royal commentator has recently claimed that the Duke and Duchess of Sussex may decide to end things between them for good. Neil Sean asserted that they could split next year to maximize their brand, according to The Sun.
The publication emphasized that the expert did not cite a shred of evidence when he made the assertions. He suggested, however, that the couple "had been told their business interests would be better served as distinct entities," allowing them to take on independent deals.
While the royal commentator seemingly explained how he arrived at his conclusions, there is no evidence to prove them. But, this is not the first time Meghan Markle and Prince Harry have faced this kind of assertion.
Earlier this year, divorce and split rumors involving the Duke and Duchess of Sussex repeatedly made the headlines. It even became a front-page story for Australian magazine New Idea, according to The Independent.
As reported, sources alleged that the Sussex couple was "set to split up" hours after they announced their second pregnancy. The cover claimed, as well, that it had an "official palace statement" to support the story.
A month later, the former "Suits" actress's sister shared a similar statement to TMZ. In a recorded interview, Samantha Markle claimed that Meghan Markle and Prince Harry were "inevitably heading for a split."
She continued that unless the Sussex couple goes on an "apology tour" and gets "serious counseling," a divorce will happen to them.
She, also, suggested that the Wales Prince was likely "already questioning his marriage" to the former Hollywood celebrity. She even accused her own sister of "nonstop lying," adding that the Duchess needs to be honest before her husband pulls away from her.
Amid all the claims and predictions, though, Meghan Markle and Prince Harry have seemingly maintained a good relationship before the public. An insider even recently told People that they continue to "lean on each other" as they head toward their second year of independence from the Royal Firm.
Speaking to the same publication, makeup artist Daniel Martin, who did the Duchess's look for her 2018 wedding, shared what happened during their recent reunion for a gala at the Intrepid Museum earlier in November.
As revealed, the Duchess of Sussex was "really funny," while the Duke of Sussex joked around a lot. In the end, the artist stated that the couple is "loving life as a family of four."
