After many clamor to see BTS's Jin in "Squid Game" Season 2, another group member seems to hint at a part in the series. The Netflix show's lead star Lee Jung-jae posts a photo with V and many believe their meeting has something to do with the series' second installment.

V has done a couple of K-dramas, like "Hwarang: The Poet Warrior Youth" and "On the Way to the Airport." So, is there a possibility that he will be part of "Squid Game" Season 2?

Though it is not surprising to see the 25-year-old star with Lee Jung-jae, knowing he has been with some of the most famous South Korean stars, something about the said photo makes it hype. He has been known as a big "Squid Game" fan, Koreaboo noted.

He even wore a masked guard cosplay during BTS's recent "Permission to Dance on Stage" concert series in Los Angeles, California. Though this makes this event more iconic, it cannot be denied that fans are hoping to see him don a real "Squid Game" costume when "Squid Game" Season 2 comes.

However, fans should only take these assumptions with a grain of salt as nothing has been confirmed yet. Meanwhile, talking about the show's second go, Lee Jung-jae answered some of the most intriguing questions about it in an interview with E! News.

The first season ended with Seong Gi-hun, a.k.a. Player 456, (Lee Jung-jae), deciding not to go aboard the plane to see his daughter. Instead, he turned around, walked on the jet bridge, and would probably join the game again to avenge what happened to his friends and hundreds of other players.

So, how will these things play out in the second season? The 45-year-old actor and director Hwang Dong-hyuk teased Seong Gi-hun might make bigger decisions in the second season.

During the virtual SAG panel, the filmmaker said he was not in the right place to talk about the second season in an official setting, but fans were about to see Player 456's humanity. Everything he had learned from the games and his experiences would play out in the second season.

He also talked about the Front Man (Lee Byung-hun) and compared him to the iconic "Star Wars" series villain Darth Vader. In addition, he teased that Seong Gi-hun would be put to the test if he would remain the good guy or turn into a bad man.
