The Pete Davidson, Kim Kardashian, and Kanye West drama continues. After the famous rapper hits his estranged wife and her new lover in a song, the 28-year-old comedian just made a joke about his high-profile romances.

Aside from being an actor, Davidson is known for being linked to different women. After having a relationship with Ariana Grande, Kaia Gerber and now Kim, he reveals his theory on why he is popular among girls.

In his stand-up set at the 9th Annual Patrice O'Neal Comedy Benefit Concert at the New York City Center in NYC on Tuesday, Jan. 18, he revealed his friends told him the ongoing curiosity about him. He admitted he was trying to figure out how to explain himself to someone in an interview, Us Weekly noted.

The "Saturday Night Live" star continued that he tried to compare himself to the discount DVD bin at 7-Eleven and cited some movies that ended up there, like "Predator 2," "Shrek Forever After" and "Tropic Thunder." He, then, said that the latter film did not belong to the trash--just like him.

So, just like the movie, he called himself a "diamond in the trash." "It's a steal," Davidson added.

For starters, "The Suicide Squad" star was first linked to Kim in October 2021 after being spotted at a theme park with Kourtney Kardashian and her fiancé, Travis Barker. A few weeks later, the two finally confirmed their romance when they were seen holding hands in Palm Springs, California.

However, knowing West still wanted to have a second shot at his marriage with Kim, it looked like he did not like the SKIM founder's new relationship. Hence, he took a dig at Davidson in his new song, "My Life Was Never Easy," with the lyrics saying God saved him from the crash so that he could beat the screenwriter's ass.

Page Six noted the crash Ye might be referring to was his car accident in 2002 that left him with a broken jaw. But despite the threat, Davidson seemed not to mind it.

An insider revealed the Staten Island native just found it "totally hilarious." Not only that, he also saw the ongoing drama between West and Kim and him funny and he loved it.

He even found it amusing that the media had focused its attention on him in a different kind of level that they wanted to know his every move. Anyhow, amid all the fuss, a source said this intense turn of events only made Kim and Davison much closer.
