2NE1 may have been out of the spotlight, but its group members, CL, Dara, Park Bom and Minzy, remain active in the business. In fact, Sandara Park herself has been continuously updating her fans and she recently shared the new diet plan she's about to start.
In a series of posts on Instagram Story, Sandara Park gives fans a glimpse of the food she eats. However, she clears that she has no plans to lose weight but only build muscles.
In one of her posts, via AllKpop, she revealed she packed a lot of her food, composed of two bananas, two boiled eggs and one sweet potato. Her meal was neatly packed in a couple of ziplock bags and ready to consume anytime she wanted to.
However, seeing the simplicity of her food, she admitted having dinner with Bong Sun unnie would be hard for her. The 37-year-old star, then, revealed her diet plan wasn't made to lose weight but to gain some muscles and become healthier.
She also stressed that no one told her to do that and she was doing it to fulfill her promise to herself. It also stemmed from when she bought a number of crop tees last year and the year prior but never had the chance to wear them.
"Shouldn't I wear some this year?" she asked. She also showed a snap of snacks inside her car that she decided not to eat to become healthier.
Back in the day when Sandara Park was still with 2NE1, she surprisingly weighed 38kg. Now, she revealed she had been maintaining a 41kg body weight.
Meanwhile, talking about 2NE1, the girl group recently reunited, per ABS-CBN News. Dara, CL and Minzy shared a reunion photo to show their sweet bond despite their group's disbandment in 2016.
They all shared a black-and-white photo on their respective Instagram accounts, though they didn't give further details. However, the band's vocalist, Park Bom, was nowhere to be seen, though Sandara Park and Minzy tagged her in their posts.
On the other hand, CL captioned her post with, "What's up we," referencing the team's iconic greeting to their fans.
For starters, 2NE1 debuted in 2009 under YG Entertainment. The girls managed to break out from the stereotypical image of female K-pop girls, from being cute and sexy to their hip-hop style.
However, after Minzy left the band in 2016, YG eventually announced their disbandment in November of the same year. Anyhow, fans still see more of Sandara Park, CL, Park Bom and Minzy in the limelight until today.
