"Ultraman" Season 2 will soon hit the small screens and it has been teasing what fans are about to see. Netflix recently gave fans a glimpse of what to expect from the series' second season by dropping a new opening theme sequence.

The Spring 2022 anime schedule is underway, and several new anime series has been out as of this writing. With that said, Netflix also has a number of major releases happening in a few days, including "Ultraman" Season 2.

Tsuburaya Production adapted the classic anime series to introduce it to the new generation and it was a success. So by the looks of it, viewers are about to see more of Eiichi Shimizu and Tomohiro Shimoguchi's original works on the small screen.

So to hype the new season more, Netflix drops a new opening sequence to give fans what kind of action they are about to see this time.

Comicbook noted "Ultraman" Season 2 would have a new theme, "3," and it would be performed by NOILION. The new theme sequence also introduces the new heroes, cast and the fierce battles fans have to see.

The new season will be directed by the returning directors Kenji Kamiyama and Shinji Aramaki for Production I.G. and SOLA Digital Arts. In addition, the new cast additions are Maaya Sakamoto, who will play the role of Izumi, and Junichi Suwabe, who will portray the character of Alien Pedanto.

These two will be joining the series' new heroes who have been added to the second season's roster, knowing there will be the biggest fights coming this time.

However, Hypebeast added much of the plot for "Ultraman" Season 2 is under lock and key. But the number of promotional materials for the series teases there will be a lot of Ultraman characters joining the new season.

Aside from Junichi and Alien, fans will also see Jack, Taro and Zoffy, who will work with the three main characters of the first season to form the legendary Ultra 6 Brothers. They will be facing the new villain, Alien.

So, can they bring down the new addition? The new season's summary reveals the number of years that have passed since the events of Ultraman occurred. The legendary "Giant of Light" is now a memory, believing he has returned home after facing several giant aliens that invaded the Earth.

Shin Hayata's son, Shinjiro, seems to hold a strange ability, which leads him to the battle with the new aliens invading the Earth. It also comes with the latest revelation that he is the new Ultraman.

"Ultraman" Season 2 will be out on April 14.
