"Jujutsu Kaisen" Chapter 182 raw scans have finally dropped and it mostly focuses on the newly-added character, Charles Bernard. Titled "Tokyo No. 2 Colony Part 2," it will begin the new arc after the Sendai Colony arc's conclusion with Hakari and Charles' fight.

SportsKeeda noted the first leaked panel shows Charles wielding what seems to be a huge GPen. He will use this tool to complete his manga's illustrations.
The next two panels feature a smirking Hakari and the Ferris wheel carriage's roof explosion. It then shows Charles, whose cursed technique is now working after fulfilling the needed conditions.
He can now see a second into the future through the manga panel. However, Hakari doesn't mind this ability.
He doesn't care if his enemy can predict his moves, so he rushes forward to attack him and misses the mark. Little did he know that if Charles managed to get the ink from his pen to the manga, he could see the future further in "Jujutsu Kaisen" Chapter 182.
Charles complains about the jujutsu world ruining his reality. He feels trapped that he has lost his motivation both as a reader and a creator.
He then reveals despair is the only thing that keeps him going right now, comparing himself to other manga creators and their works. As the fight continues, Charles swipes his pen at Hakari's cheek.
Though he can see the future, he still continuously checks if his prediction is true. This results in developing blind spots that Hakari takes advantage of.
As Hakari gets serious, Charles mocks his cursed technique and calls it "thorny." Hakari uses Domain Expansion, knowing it has a "sure-hit effect" that will turn Charles' ability useless.
Meanwhile, in "Jujutsu Kaisen" Chapter 181, Charles, a French mangaka, showed up at Shueisha's office to submit a copy of his manga, per OtakuKart News. He revealed he was raised in Japan to justify his Japanese fluency.
However, the editor still doubted the manga he submitted, seeing it was dedicated to a mature audience. He also saw his attempt to blend different genres that compromised the story.
Charles suddenly grabbed the editor's finger and broke it. Elsewhere, Yuta came out as the Sendai Colony King. He transferred all of Ishigoori and Takako's points and spared their lives.
With his 200 score, Yuta could now make a new rule. Later, Hakari rode the Ferris wheel with Charles.
Charles asked Hakari why he joined the ruthless game. As he talked about his aim to become a hero of his own life story, Hakari mocked him for being obsessed with unrealistic things that hurt Charles' feelings, resulting in a fight.
