Rumors have it that Prince Andrew is dreaming of making a royal comeback, but King Charles III has ruined his hopes of return. A known royal biographer claimed the new reigning monarch will never let his brother be a working senior royal again, though he still has sympathy for Queen Elizabeth II's alleged favorite son.

"Finding Freedom" co-author Omid Scobie made the latest claim about Prince Andrew. This news comes out as a new documentary about the Duke of York revealed he insulted a royal staff and had a number of women visiting him at the palace.

In his column for Yahoo! News, the royal expert wrote the monarch would never allow his younger sibling to "return to frontline duties." Now that their queen mother is gone, the door is said to be even shut tighter for the prince.

Sure, King Charles still sympathizes with his brother, but the sovereign has no plans to reinstate Prince Andrew, let alone let him "set foot near the family business again." Scobie's revelation seems to support the claims that the former husband of Sarah, Duchess of York, had intense talks with Queen Elizabeth at Balmoral in August about a new position.

A source told The Sun that Prince Andrew knows he has let his mother down, but he's confident because he hasn't been convicted of a crime. That said, he wants to make a way to make his big return to the royal fold.

So at the time, he hoped Queen Elizabeth could persuade the then-Prince Charles and Prince William, who reportedly didn't want him back to the frontline. He even wanted to spend a few days with his mom to talk about his future.

Meanwhile, this news comes after Paul Page, a former royal protection officer, revealed in the upcoming documentary "Prince Andrew: BANISHED" that Prince Andrew insulted him for not letting a woman into his room. At the time, he and other police officers at Buckingham Palace were all surprised to see several women going to his private chambers.

It even resulted in the inside joke that he should have a revolving door due to the number of girls going in and out there. "Every other day, someone would be coming in to see him ... a different one every time," he said.

One night, a woman came and told them he would meet Prince Andrew. They denied her access until they got a royal staff confirmation.

The woman called Prince Andrew, put Page on the phone, and called him "fat, lardy-ass, c---" and warned him not to let him come down to his spot. Just when he thought he would be polite and respect the staff who were paid to protect them as a royal family member, Page said Prince Andrew had none and called him a bully and a horrible person.
