The "Chainsaw Man" anime adaptation ended the "Katana Man" arc. Now, fans wonder if "Chainsaw Man" will still have Episode 13 to feature or if "Chainsaw Man" Season 2 is about to come.

Viewers want to see how close Public Safety is to finding the Gun Devil. Though Maki revealed that its flesh she has acquired has already started moving, she didn't say its location, so more may be found in "Chainsaw Man" Season 2.

SportsKeeda noted there's no Episode 13 listed under the series after the first season ended with Episode 12. MAPPA Studio is yet to clarify if the series' first 12 episodes are to complete its first season or just the first cour.

However, with the hints it gives about the coming of a new character, Lady Reze, it's believed to be a tease for the upcoming new season. That said, the first season has officially ended, and MAPPA has probably begun working on the second season that will feature Reze, aka Bomb Girl.

Fans can expect "Chainsaw Man" Season 2 to adapt the "Bomb Girl" arc, as Reze is about to target Denji. She's the Bomb Devil hybrid the Soviet Union sent to get Denji's Chainsaw Devil heart.

It's also possible that the series' second iteration will focus more on the mysterious door in Denji's dream. Nobody knows what that door is about or the secret behind it. So in the second season, fans may know why Pochita is trying to prevent Denji from opening it and if it has something to do with their past.

In addition, "Chainsaw Man" Season 2 may tell more about Makima. Sure, fans find it a delight to see her on the small screen, but they can't deny that there's something mysterious about her that many want to know.

For starters, the first season finale ended with Denji and his team getting close to finding the Gun Devil after winning over the henchmen known as Katana Man and the Snake Devil. From there, a mysterious dark-haired woman appeared, and she was believed to be the Bomb Girl herself, Reze.

She was seen banging about a field of mice, asking Denji, "Between the country mouse and the city mouse, which would you rather be?"

If "Chainsaw Man" Season 2 indeed comes, MAPPA has a lot to cover, as there are a lot of stories left to tell based on the creator Tatsuki Fujimoto's manga. The first season has only covered about four arcs. Hence, aside from the "Bomb Girl" arc, the second season may also adapt the "International Assassins" arc.
