In a recent discussion about the Duke and Duchess of Sussex, Angela Levin, author of "Harry: A Biography of a Prince", expressed concerns about Prince Harry's seeming fixation on the past and its potential impact on his relationship with his wife, Meghan Markle.

According to Levin, while Markle's focus is firmly on the future, evidenced by her new agent, ambitious plans, and vibrant public image, Prince Harry appears to be stuck in the past.

"Meghan's approach is forward-looking, optimistic, and proactive," said Levin. "But when you observe their interactions closely, Harry seems to play a secondary role, akin to a servant."

She further commented on the Prince's demeanor, noting his anxiety and the painstaking care he seems to take in attending to Markle's needs. "His tense gestures, the look of strain on his face...he is not displaying the confidence and poise we expect from a prince," Levin said.

The royal biographer also stressed that Prince Harry needs to let go of the past and focus on moving forward. "He's constantly revisiting his past, dwelling on things that can't be changed. That's not a healthy place to be," Levin added.

Prince Harry's relationship with his ex-girlfriend, Chelsy Davy, also caught Levin's attention. The Prince had spoken about Davy extensively during his recent legal battle against Mirror Group Newspapers for alleged phone hacking, blaming the media for their breakup. Levin pointed out that Davy is now happily married with a child, indicating another closed chapter from Prince Harry's past that he should put behind him.

This view isn't unique to Levin. Television presenter Emily Carver, on "GB News", also highlighted the contrast between Prince Harry's preoccupation with the past and Markle's focus on her future endeavors, which include revitalizing her blog and signing with a high-profile agency.

Echoing these sentiments, journalist Judita DaSilva voiced concerns about the possible strain this could put on the couple's relationship. "Prince Harry seems trapped in a cycle of seeking justice for past wrongs he may never get. This could cause fissures in their marriage if Meghan chooses to forge ahead without him," she warned.

DaSilva also emphasized the need for Prince Harry to focus on his family's future. "He has a young family that needs to plan for the future," she stressed.

While these observations can't be independently confirmed, the spotlight remains firmly fixed on the Sussexes as the world watches to see how the couple navigates these perceived challenges.
