Genius Korea, operated by the American music media outlet Genius, has announced its year-end compilation for 2023. Jimin's album 'FACE' secured the second overall spot and the highest rank among solo artists on the '2023 Year-End Genius Korea Chart Top EPs.'
Additionally, in the 'Best K-Pop Songs of 2023' Grand Finale of Year-End List, 'Like Crazy' from the 'FACE' album ranked third. This impressive position further validates the success of Jimin's solo career.
The media outlet praised 'Like Crazy,' a track Jimin contributed to in both writing and composition, for its harmonious blend of fiery emotion and watery declaration, extracted from the gloom of the pandemic. Each note of the song is filled with Jimin's deepest fears and desires.
Upon its release on March 24th last year, 'FACE' immediately topped Genius Korea's March 2023 Top Albums Chart. Moreover, in the March K-Pop Chart, 'Set Me Free Pt.2' clinched the first position, while the English and Korean versions of 'Like Crazy' swept the second and third places, respectively.
