Miranda Lambert, the badass queen of country music, has stated that she does not mind if her fans fight during her performances; however, she does not want any fights to take place during the heartbreaking ballads. When two women began arguing in the middle of the slow track "Tin Man" that the singer was performing at a concert in her home state of Texas, the singer became quite enraged.

“Are y’all fighting? During this song? Because I will come down there and you don’t want that,” the Grammy-winning artist, 40, said after stopping the music. “I’m gonna go east Texas red on your ass real quick,” she added before having security toss the tusslers out of the show.

After that, the singer who is known for her song "Over You" published a decree on social media, stating that it is acceptable to rassle during her up-tempo numbers, but not during "Tin Man."

“If you want to fight at my shows, I’m all about it. I’ve got five songs for you: ‘Fastest Girl in Town,’ ‘Kerosene,’ ‘Little Red Wagon,’ ‘Wranglers’ and ‘Gunpowder & Lead.’ Don’t do it during ‘Tin Man,’” Miranda wrote.

Additionally, she has reprimanded members of the audience for taking pictures during the performance of "Tin Man." Miranda stopped mid-tune to tell attendees, “These girls are worried about their selfie and not listening to the song. It’s pissing me off a little bit.”

The National Enquirer was informed by a source who would remain nameless that the country icon is only half serious about enforcing concert etiquette guidelines.

“Because tickets are so expensive now, a lot of fans now go to her concerts just to say they were there and take photos, or get drunk and fight—and she’s sick of it. She wants to be the main event at her own concerts—not some sideshows!” the anonymous insider went on.

Meanwhile, Miranda, a prominent figure in the world of country music, is going to be honored in a novel way. The news that she will be honored with the Country Icon Award at the 2024 People's Choice Country Awards was disclosed in an exclusive interview with TODAY on August 22.

Jen Neal, executive vice president for live events and specials at NBCUniversal Entertainment, stated in a news release that Miranda Lambert's albums continue to win the hearts of fans all over the world.

“A tour de force in country music for more than 20 years, Miranda Lambert’s groundbreaking albums continue to capture the hearts of fans around the world. We’re so excited to celebrate her career, fierce individualism and innovation in the industry with the Country Icon Award,” Jen said.

Miranda is going to release her new studio album, titled "Postcards from Texas," on September 13. This album is the follow-up to her hit album, "Palomino," which was released in 2022.

The song "Palomino" was instrumental in Miranda’s achievement of a Grammy nomination for best country album, and it is also being recognized as the most successful debut of a female country album in the year 2022.

During the People's Choice Country trophies in 2024, Miranda will not only be honored with the Country Icon Award, but she also has the possibility of taking home a few additional trophies as well.

In 2024, the vocalist of "Wranglers" has been nominated for both the award for best female artist and the award for best female song. She has heavy competition in both of those categories, including Kacey Musgraves, Dolly Parton, and Beyoncé, who released her debut country album, "Cowboy Carter," earlier this year.

Voting for their favorite musicians is available on the website www.votepcca.com for fans. At 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time on Friday, August 23, voting will come to a conclusion.

Regarding the People's Choice Country Awards, Shania Twain will serve as the host for the event this year, and it will be broadcast live on NBC and Peacock on Thursday, September 26 at 8 p.m. Eastern Time and Pacific Time. The ceremony will take place at the Grand Ole Opry House in Nashville. In addition, E! will go live before the show at six o'clock Eastern Time (ET) to provide viewers with an inside peek at the red carpet.
