Rihanna has been trying to downplay rumors that she is expecting her third child, but a recent report asserted that she and A$AP Rocky are more than prepared to welcome another member into their family.
“Rihanna turned 36 this year and she’d love to have more kids. She wants to do it the natural way, not with IVF or anything like that, so there’s no time to waste and she knows it,” an unnamed source told Life & Style Magazine.
Since the two began their relationship in 2021, the singer of "Umbrella," who is 36 years old, has been quick to add to her family by marrying the rapper A$AP Rocky, who is 35 years old. The first of their children, a son named RZA, was born in May of 2022, and then in August of 2023, they welcomed their second son, Riot.
“Her youngest is a year old now, so she’s ready to take on another pregnancy and of course it’s no secret she’d love to have a little girl so that’s part of the push to try again,” the anonymous insider told the entertainment news outlet.
When Rihanna was interviewed by E! News in December 2023, she quipped that the only thing she has not been able to accomplish up to this point is "have daughters!" After that, she said that she and A$AP Rocky were considering having another child together, saying, “I’m batting at 75 percent for a boy next time. So, we’ll just keep our fingers crossed.”
“She and Rocky aren’t putting pressure on anything. They’re in love and enjoying their time together and not under any deadline,” the undisclosed informant stated.
When the two performers were photographed hanging out together at The Fashion Awards in London in December 2019, it was the first time that speculations of their relationship began to circulate. At that time, Rihanna was in a relationship with Hassan Jameel; however, she ended her relationship with him not long after, in January of 2020.
After that, the singer known for her hit "We Found Love" was seen attending one of Rocky's gigs during the same month. In the latter part of that year, in Barbados, the two of them celebrated Christmas together aboard a yacht.
Although people all over the world were gushing about their vacation and speculating about their alleged romance, Rocky was the one who officially announced that they were dating in an interview with GQ in May 2021.
During the month of August, Rocky and Rihanna traveled to the Bahamas with their children. It was observed that the two were swimming with both of their children and playing in the water on multiple occasions.
“They’ve been having a wonderful time with her family in the Bahamas. Rocky is totally one of them now and very much loved,” the tipster said. In addition, it was indicated that the time they are currently on vacation would be the perfect opportunity to start the challenging process of expanding their family.
“It’s just been a very happy and sweet time and the hope is that she’ll come home from this trip with a bun in the oven,” the mole furthered.
