Donald Trump, 78, received criticism on Saturday, October 5, for his messy appearance in a recently circulated photo.

The photograph prominently displayed the father-of-five's thinning hair and sagging skin. On X, previously known as Twitter, commenters disparaged the Republican nominee in response.

One user wrote, "Trump looks like an old sack of balls," while another responded, "Because he IS an old sack of balls."

In a strict sense. One more person used the word "Literally. Yuck," and another echoed it, adding, "Nasty."

"He looks like he won’t make it to Election Day," another person noted.

According to a recent report by OK! Magazine, Trump's age has raised great concern regarding whether he will have the mental capacity to potentially assume the presidency for the following four years.

Trump posted a disturbing message after he debated with Kamala Harris on September 10, in which he falsely claimed to have an audience, Reuters reported.

"They didn't correct her once, and they corrected me ... everything I said practically. I think nine times or 11 times, and the audience was absolutely, they went crazy. I walked off. I said, 'That was a great debate. I loved it.' We had a lot of people watching. We had 75 million people watching, something like that. You have to do well, you can't do badly," On the episode of Gutfeld! that aired on September 18, the convicted felon spoke with Fox News anchor Greg Gutfeld.

People took to social media to voice their concerns over the worrying incident.

According to one writer, "Audience? Is he hallucinating now? There was no audience at the debate." At the same time, another made light of the situation by writing, "The audience being the voices in his head."

A third individual proclaimed, "Donald Trump's senility is wild. Wake up, MAGA. The old man needs to go into a home." A fourth individual shared: "Let me help him! He meant to say, 'And my imaginary audience went crazy.'"

This was merely one of the numerous errors that have raised concerns about Trump's health. When he was questioned about his plans to reduce the cost of consumables at a recent town hall, he could not provide a coherent response, The Guardian reported.

"So we have to start always with energy. Always. I don't want to be boring about it, but there's no bigger subject. It covers everything. If you make donuts, if you make cars, whatever you make, energy's a big deal. And we're gonna get that," he went on and on.

"They want money, they want to build windmills, we want money for these windmills, ay-yai-yai. Anyway, but you know what? It was amazing," he stated.
