Chad Bianco, the Sheriff of Riverside County, stated that his team "probably" prevented a third attempt on Donald Trump's life after being questioned about whether his earlier statement had been overly histrionic.

A local sheriff was questioned if the previous version of the incident had been "dramatic," and he responded that deputies in California "probably" prevented a third attempt on Donald Trump's life, OK! Magazine reported.

At Saturday's Coachella rally, Sheriff Chad Bianco of Riverside County was combative when asked if it was too soon to accuse someone of trying to assassinate Trump.

During a press conference this afternoon, he disclosed that Vem Miller, 49, was apprehended at the inner perimeter of the event in a vehicle with a fabricated license plate. A loaded handgun, a loaded shotgun, and numerous fake IDs were purportedly discovered on Miller, as per The Mirror.

When asked whether his previous assessment of the incident was "dramatic," Bianco responded, "He showed up with multiple passports with different names, an unregistered vehicle with fake license plate and loaded firearms."

"If you are asking me right now, I probably did have deputies that prevented the third assassination attempt," according to him. "If we are that politically lost that we have lost sight of common sense and reality and reason that we can't say 'Holy crap, what did he show up with all that stuff for...loaded guns?' And I'm going to be accused of being dramatic. We have a serious, serious problem in this country because this is common sense and reason."

Bianco subsequently referred to the suspect as a "lunatic" and stated that potential far-right connections were being investigated.

The arrest and accusations against Vem Miller, who supports Trump for president, in a scheme to hurt him "shocked" him.

“These accusations are complete bull---t,” he said to Southern California News Group. “I’m an artist, I’m the last person that would cause any violence and harm to anybody.”

After all, according to the Secret Service, "the incident did not impact protective operations and former President Trump was not in any danger."

Vem Miller, a resident of Las Vegas, was apprehended at approximately 5 p.m. and subsequently charged with the possession of a high-capacity magazine and a discharged firearm. At 5:37 p.m., Trump ascended the stage, which is situated just east of Los Angeles, GLOBE Magazine reported.

The suspect was operating a black SUV when he was apprehensioned. Later on Saturday, they released him on a $5,000 bond.

The Secret Service and FBI are investigating the incident; however, no federal arrests have been made, which suggests more severe charges.
