Even though her friends are urging the “Friends” alum to let go of their rivalry for her benefit finally, Jennifer Aniston is seething since her love rival Angelina Jolie is getting Oscar buzz. This adds new gasoline to their decades-long animosity, a new report claimed.

In 2004, when Angie took Brad Pitt from Jen while they were filming "Mr. & Mrs. Smith" together, the conflict between the queen of romantic comedies and the witch of "Maleficent" began.

An insider revealed to GLOBE Magazine that animosity remains intense; however, Jennifer is not receiving the emotional backing she enjoyed two decades ago. Recruiting individuals into the I Hate Angelina group has recently become significantly more challenging for her.

Jennifer, who is 55 years old, and Brad, who is 60, divorced in 2005 after nearly five years of marriage, PEOPLE Magazine reported. Since then, Brad has been openly seeing sexpot Angie, who is 49 years old.

Angie and Brad married in 2014 and divorced two years later, as per TODAY.com. In a surprising turn of events, the nasty divorce of the A-list couple is still the subject of most headlines after all these years have passed. In 2019, the couple was officially deemed legally single, but they continued embroiled in a contentious custody dispute.

The couple went on to have three biological children and three adopted children together before getting into a heated argument in 2016. Brad and Jen reconciled at that time, and Jen asserts that they have been "buddies" ever since, with "no awkwardness" between them.

According to reports, there is "zero chance" that Jen and Angie will ever forgive and forget despite having buried their differences.

An informant indicated that Jennifer and Angie would significantly profit from a public reconciliation, but Jen will never consider that option. Jennifer maintains that she and Brad were victims of Angie's merciless scheming.

The fact that Angie is currently competing for an Academy Award for her portrayal of Maria Callas in the recently released biopic "Maria" will likely complicate things between them.

The source stated that this conflict has become tedious, and both parties would benefit from moving on. However, it is improbable that this will occur. Jen perceives Angie as a lifelong adversary.

Reactions on social media to the developing drama have been polarized. “Can we please leave 2004 in the past? Both women are thriving—move on already," one X user stated. “Jennifer deserved better back then, and she deserves better now. Angelina can keep her Oscar buzz," another netizen responded.
