It is possible that Taylor Swift is the one who is giving out presents this year, despite the fact that it is her birthday.

Taylor visited a children's hospital in Kansas City on Thursday, the day before her 35th birthday. While there, she visited with a number of patients as well as members of the staff. One of the little girls that was present had a conversation with the Grammy-winning performer about what she wanted for Christmas this year, which was a Dyson Airwrap that cost $600.

According to a video that was uploaded on X, she was taken aback when she awoke the next day to find a unique delivery from Taylor.

"Yesterday, Taylor asked this sweet girl at the hospital what she wanted for Christmas and she said a Dyson Airwrap," the caption on the video read, per Us Weekly. "Today, this showed up in her room with a note that said, "in case Santa doesn't come through. Love, Taylor Swift."

As the small girl tore the wrapping paper off of the box, she exclaimed in astonishment, "It's a Dyson Air." Her words were captured in the video.

When she gazed around the room while holding the new present in her arms, a smile spread over her face at the sight of it. An outpouring of joy could be heard across the rest of the room as people responded to the considerate gift.

"No way," one person said behind the camera, with another individual asking, "Isn't that amazing?"

The hospital at Children's Mercy Kansas City was where Taylor spent some time on Thursday night, only a few hours before she celebrated her 35th birthday.

A patient called Rylie, who snapped many photographs with the "Karma" singer, and a young girl named Baylee, who is 11 years old, were also among the patients that the pop star visited. The young lady who was shown in the footage was not the only patient that the pop star visited.

According to Page Six, during her visit, Taylor presented Baylee with an autographed copy of her "Eras Tour Book." Baylee's mother, Melissa Nuzum, referred to the gift as "the coolest, most unexpected surprise ever" on Facebook, describing it as such.

In an unusual move, the singer also bragged about her boyfriend, Travis Kelce, who is a star in the National Football League, when she was visiting with one of the other children who were in the hospital.

During the exchange, which was captured on camera, the toddler was heard saying Taylor, "I like Travis now."

The singer responded by saying, "Yes, me too ... that's an absolute yes on that one."

Taylor's heartwarming gesture sparked an outpouring of admiration from her fans on social media, with many praising the singer for using her platform to spread kindness. Several X users shared their thoughts on the birthday surprise.

One fan said, "Taylor is the definition of kindness. No one deserves this more than these children. #TaylorSwift #BirthdaySurprise." Another wrote, "Honestly, this just proves what we've always known-Taylor is an angel on Earth. #KindnessMatters."

Many fans also expressed how touched they were by Taylor's generosity. A netizen said, "Taylor doing this for a sick little girl is so touching. Love her and Travis together. #SwiftKelce." Another added, "Taylor's heart is as big as her talent. This is the kind of story the world needs. #GoodVibes."

Others were in awe of the specific gifts Taylor gave, with one commenting, "A $600 gift and a signed book?! Taylor Swift is a true queen. #Generosity #HappyBirthdayTaylor." A fan shared their pride, writing, "What a wonderful thing to do! I'm so proud to live in a city that Taylor cares about. #TaylorSwift #KansasCity."
