Kristina Khorram, Sean "Diddy" Combs' longtime chief of staff, has issued her first public statement denying involvement in the growing number of lawsuits accusing her embattled former boss of sexual assault, sex trafficking, and racketeering. Khorram's comments come as scrutiny around Combs' inner circle mounts, with multiple plaintiffs implicating her as a key facilitator in Combs' alleged misconduct.

"For months, horrific accusations have been made about me in various lawsuits regarding my former boss," Khorram said Wednesday in a statement released to Rolling Stone and USA TODAY. "These false allegations of my involvement are causing irreparable and incalculable damage to my reputation and the emotional well-being of myself and my family."

Khorram, 37, emphasized, "I have never condoned or aided and abetted the sexual assault of anyone. Nor have I ever drugged anyone." She added, "The idea that I could be accused of playing a role in - or even being a bystander to - the rape of anyone is beyond upsetting, disturbing, and unthinkable."

Khorram has been closely linked to Combs for over a decade, having started at Combs Enterprises in 2013 and rising to the position of chief of staff by 2020. Her loyalty and prominence in Combs' business and personal life have come under intense examination as legal actions against the music mogul unfold. Combs, 55, faces serious criminal charges, including sex trafficking and racketeering conspiracy, and has pleaded not guilty. His trial is slated to begin May 5.

Several lawsuits specifically name Khorram as a participant or enabler of Combs' alleged criminal activities. In a February 2024 lawsuit filed by music producer Rodney "Lil Rod" Jones Jr., Khorram is accused of dismissing Jones' reports of sexual harassment by Combs. Jones claims Khorram brushed off concerns, telling him, "You know, Sean will be Sean," and labeled unwanted groping as mere "horseplay."

Jones' lawsuit further alleges that Khorram organized drug distribution and arranged for sex workers to cater to Combs' needs, an accusation Khorram has firmly denied. Combs' attorney previously responded, calling Jones "a liar shamelessly looking for an undeserved payday."

Another lawsuit filed in December by former assistant Phil Pines alleges Khorram directed him to prepare and clean up after Combs' multi-day sex parties, known as "Wild King Nights." Pines contends Khorram's responsibilities included setting up hotel rooms with sex-related paraphernalia, adding that she instructed him to stay quiet about violent incidents involving Combs.

Khorram is also named in an October 2024 sexual battery and racketeering lawsuit filed by Ashley Parham, who accused Combs, Khorram, and other associates-including celebrities Druski and Odell Beckham Jr.-of gang rape. All parties have denied Parham's claims, which police later deemed "unfounded."

Combs' legal team has consistently rejected the allegations as "pure fiction" and maintains confidence in the judicial process. "Mr. Combs has full confidence in the facts and the integrity of the judicial process. In court the truth will prevail: that the accusations against Mr. Combs are pure fiction," a representative previously stated.

Despite widespread media attention and social media backlash branding her as a "Ghislaine Maxwell-style fixer," Khorram insists her role was professional, not criminal. "I am confident that the allegations against me will be proven to be untrue," she stated.

Combs has long praised Khorram's loyalty and effectiveness, publicly calling her his "soul sister" and crediting her as essential to his business empire. In a 2021 Facebook post, he wrote, "KK keeps everything in my life and my business running. Don't know how I'd function without her."
