Xiaomi has always been a little more innovative with its handsets. The is company is one of the first entities to put forward the bezel-less designs with its Mi Mix smartphone. Now, it's taking a step ahead with its next-gen Mi Mix 3 to redefine this concept coupled with 'no notch' panel alongside sliding camera. The smartphone is hinted to hold the least bezel ever seen before.

According to Gadget360, Xiaomi Mi Mix 3 was previously projected to launch in mid-September. But, Xiaomi authorities have now confirmed and set the handset's release in October, this year. The smartphone has ever been teased by the Chinese manufacturer with an official teaser, which shows its spectacular notch-less design with the slimmest bezel ever.

However, the most exciting addition for Mi Mix 3 is its sliding camera instead of the pop-up ones from the previous version. Xiaomi has placed the sliding snapper on the handset, which appears exactly similar to that which was seen for the first time n Oppo Find X.

9to5Google noted that the camera is so slim that users may hardly be able to discover it over the panel until it is operated. The camera will be placed in such a manner that it will feel like hiding behind an almost bezel-less display. The sliding may not be mechanical in this course. The snapper of Xiaomi Mi Mix 3 is expected to follow the principle of those, which were seen over the older version of Motorola DROID or on the Blueberry Priv.

Not many insights have been revealed about the handset. According to major speculations, Xiaomi Mi Mix 3 will be powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 SoC. The front panel of the smartphone will sport a Samsung QHD+ AMOLED display coupled with COP packaging technology, alongside a powerful 20 MP selfie shooter. However, it is not clear yet whether the front camera would be at the top or at the bottom of the display.

As for memory specifications, the 6GB RAM +64GB inbuilt storage based standard edition will be price tagged at USD 510, and the same memory setup based classic looking Ceramic edition will cost USD 660. The higher edition of Xiaomi Mi Mix 3, having an 8GB RAM+128GB internal memory will cost USD 600 for the basic or standard model and the same specifications based Ceramic model will be selling at USD 750. There is also another mid-variant which will boast 6GB RAM+128GB storage space and this will be priced at USD 555 (Standard model) and USD 705 (Ceramic model).
