NBA 2K19 is set to make its debut on Nintendo Switch on this September 11. Just before its official launch, potential sources dug out certain important insights about the game's specification. The latest update suggests that the game's actual size is nearly 32GB, which makes it the biggest game till date on Switch console.

According to Nintendo Enthusiast, the game will come in a cap of 31.5 GB, which is more than any other game running in Nintendo Switch currently. This will make the game roughly 8 GB greater than its own predecessor. Primarily, NBA2K18 was of 24GB when it saw the light of day. After, getting the final update the size of the game tweaked to 26GB, which is still 6GB lesser than the upcoming sensation.

Gadget360 noted that the users of Nintendo Switch may also require extra memory space to download the game. Nintendo Switch actually sports 32GB of size out of the box. But the operating system of the console takes a considerably accountable chunk of 6GB. Finally, users get a space of 24GB for their usage. Therefore, technically speaking users will require at least another 6GB extension of MicroSD card, to download NBA 2K19 on their consoles.

Another newest update suggests that NBA2K19 will require another 5GB of system memory space for its installation process. Therefore, Nintendo authorities even acknowledged that users will "need a microSD card already inserted into the console to even begin the download of NBA 2K19's digital version."

The game will be available for buyers in the retail store and at authentic Nintendo online partners. But a user will not be able to download the game on the Nintendo Switch until and unless they have MicroSD card to put inside the slot of the console, even after buying the NBA2K19 game card. Additionally, a cloud of doubt has also been slated over the game, as Nintendo has not specified clearly what will be the exact requirement of additional memory for the game to run without any hassle.

However, game analysts and experts suggested that it will be safer for a user to have a memory space of at least 64GB, so that he can play NBA2K19, assuming he has more games to store in his Nintendo Switch console. NBA2K19 will also be available for PC, PS4, and Xbox One. Pre-booking of the special "20th Anniversary Edition" will be made available from September 7, 2018.
