Apple has already launched its newest version of the operating system: iOS 12 for its all portable devices. Now the company looking forward to extending the hands of development to its range of computers as well. In its bid to refresh the software support to its devices, Apple just launched macOS Mojave version 10.14 for its exclusive MacBook variants. The update has started rolling out from September 24, 2018.
Apple briefed about macOS Mojave 10.14 version in a press release recently. It stated: "the latest version of the most advanced desktop operating system, is now available as a free software update for Mac users. macOS Mojave brings a number of new features to the Mac, including Dark Mode which transforms the desktop with a dramatic dark color scheme, and a new Dynamic Desktop with a series of time-shifting images to match the time of day."
The report further added: "New productivity features like Stacks cleans up messy desktops by automatically organizing files into neat groups. The Mac experience is also enhanced with the arrival of familiar iOS apps, including News, Stocks, Voice Memos, and Home, and a redesigned Mac App Store featuring rich editorial content that makes finding the right Mac apps easier than ever."
According to Gadget Now, Apple has introduced the macOS Mojave 10.14 for a range o MacBook series. These include MacBook models introduced in early 2015 or later, MacBook Air models introduced in mid-2012 or later, MacBook Pro models introduced in mid-2012 or later, Mac mini models introduced in late 2012 or later, iMac models introduced in late 2012 or later, all variants of iMac Pro, Mac Pro models introduced in late 2013, plus mid 2010 or mid 2012 models equipped with Metal-capable graphics processor. The best available options for the required processors are Sapphire Radeon PULSE RX 580 and MSI Gaming Radeon RX 560.
Potential sources also quoted that Apple has also added a number of next-gen features and iOS Apps to macOS Mojave 10.14. These are "News, Stocks, Voice Memos and Home come to the Mac for the first time, allowing users to do more than ever right from their desktop." The new Home Tab comes with a whole lot of new advancements in the HomeKit accessories range.
Besides these, a brand new Discover Tab has been staked with macOS Mojave 10.14, which holds essential tools for one's possible requirement in making any project. The update is now available for download from Apple's official source.
