Fortnite is killing the gaming nation ahead with its Season 6. The gaming fans and geeks are simply tuned up with this advancement all over. The craze is such that, a number of gaming analysts even started considering it as the most popular title of this holiday season. But Activision has more surprise ready for its fans for this timeline. Black Ops 4 is coming to the consoles in this October only.
According to Barrons, Activision next strike over Fortnite, the upcoming version of Call of Duty, Black Ops 4 is about to release on October 12, 2018. The publisher hoped for an outbursting result in stocks with this next Call of Duty: Black Ops 4 as Piper Jaffray's Michael Olson predicted a sharp hike of 7 percent from the company's current stock price.
He hinted for stocks ranging up to USD 88 for the title which is about ten percent higher than even Wall Streets prediction. The announcement came as a surprise on Wednesday when Activision saw a hike 2.1 percent at USD 82.24 per stock.
Olson stated in an official note: "What do you get when you take the largest annual gaming franchise on Earth and combine it with the most popular new game mode? We believe the answer is earnings per share upside." He also acknowledged that Call of Duty: Black Ops 4 has already begun showing positivity even before its official release. Olson added: "Gamer and critical feedback on Blackout have been favorable," "We believe the Street has underestimated the potential for collective Call of Duty franchise revenue." he concluded with huge hopes for Black Ops 4.
Comicbook quoted that Fortnite is currently available as a free-to-play title in the major consoles. The title is also available over Nintendo Switch as well as on mobile devices, with certain limitations. For example, players can't add up BO4 while playing in these platforms. However, Fortnite is not expected to lose the battle of affordability in front of Call of Duty: Black Ops 4, as the title comes with an initial price tag of USD 60 as an entry fee.
The former may lose the race against Black Ops 4 in terms of its excitement as the later is reported to bring superlative phases in the game including the much-rumored Battle Royale segment. Call of Duty: Black Ops 4 is said to be released on Xbox One, PC and PlayStation 4. It will not at all arrive at Nintendo Switch console.
