Fortnite has already turned as one of the most loved and admired games of this year. The fans are going crazy with the game's enormous contents. The latest update about the game unfurls huge advancements for the fans. Fortnite is reportedly getting its new 6.20 Patch which holds numerous Halloween gifts. Potential sources have cracked the code of Halloween themed event alongside some Halloween skins.
According to Gamespot, Epic was the first source to get relevant insights about the same as it hinted that Fortnite has added a new mode, named "Fortnitemares," which is Halloween themed party. Other extracts in the patch include Halloween skins and new challenges for the title. Halloween theme has even been extended to the rocket launcher as well. The latest skin of the launcher looks more of a horrifying pumpkin faced rocket launcher.
Epic described the new 6.20 patch as incredible as it stated: "Explore all of the tasty treats, exciting appearances, and new looks," "During Fortnitemares, you'll face off against Cube Monsters in a whole new way of playing Battle Royale. There are new weapons to fight back against these creepy creatures, like the Six Shooter and Fiend Hunter Crossbow," it added.
Epic further extended its statement on the patch by adding: "Take out the Cube Fiends and Fragments to pick up loot, and survive against enemy players." As per another report by Daily Star, the new patch has added six shooter mode which is a mid-sized ammo weapon which is more active and can tackle more hits from the hip in Fortnite's Battle Royale. New Mythic soldiers and Playground items have also been added to the 6.20 Patch.
The patch notes also reveal many details in itself. It reads: "New weapons and Heroes are soon to arrive. Will they be enough to help you survive?" "Approaching now is a fun new sound, and all new surprises await in Playground." It concludes: "But that's not all, there's plenty more. So join us next week to see what v6.20 has in store!"
A new pirate ship has also been added to the battle Royale to excite the thrill of Halloween mode altogether. Newest Port-A-Granade machines are now available in the vending machines and players can now access them pretty easily. The Halloween mode has been turned darker and creepier than yester year's Terror. A few bug fixes such as the iOS streaming issues have also been resolved. Altogether, the 6.20 Patch for Fortnite has itself turned into a gamechanger.
