As per the earlier claims by the Chief Executive Officer of the company Pete Lau, eighty per cent of the OnePlus branded handsets come with a 3.5-mm audio jack. The company, for the first time, took the path shown by another potential rival of it: Apple. OnePlus sacrificed the 3.5-mm audio jack for the 6T handset. The phone comes with a spectacular change in its design as well.
OnePlus 6T flaunts a waterdrop notch with the bezel-less formula of the latest smartphones, a trend which was primarily set by Oppo. The fact that OnePlus 6T is going to make its appearance in the United States is already a big success for the company, according to Digital Trends.
OnePlus has finally joined hands with T-Mobile and Verizon as its exclusive telecom partners for OnePlus 6T in the US. The smartphone received the official certification from Verizon's end just days before. The certificate was OnePlus' license to market its 6T handset as an independent unlocked smartphone in the country.
Also, according to potential sources, OnePlus 6T will also be available in the United States as T-Mobile exclusive handsets, as per the company's tie-up with the carrier. T-Mobile exclusive OnePlus 6T would possibly be locked handsets, and these will only be available in T-Mobile stores.
