Fortnite's monster-filled Halloween party has had increased the game's craze to another level. The excitement during the timeline for the players was higher than before. But perhaps the publisher meant that overdose of any episode can be harmful and thus it is sticking to its former promise. When it stated that Fortnitemares Halloween event is a one-time opportunity and won't be repeated anymore, it wasn't joking as it shut down the party with a new bang.

According to Engadget, On November 4th at 1.00 PM Eastern time the iconic episode of Fortnite's Halloween party came to its supreme end. The mysterious cubes in the game's map suddenly exploded at that timeline. The environment around the game also changed without any notice. It may feel for a player at that time as if he is entering a completely new world after a massive Battle Royale. Surprisingly, the in-game map of Fortnite also changed at that tweak up point and the floating islands around the cube also disappeared suddenly. Witnessing this transition, the well-known gaming expert at Engadget: Matt Brian noted in a tweet: "The cube is gone."

As per another report by The Verge, "Fortnitemares" also disappeared with the end of Halloween season in Fortnite. The game, in addition to such modifications, gave birth to mysterious looking butterflies, which a player can witness when playing the game post the Halloween season. The reports suggested that one can't do much about the butterflies apart from witnessing them when his avatar is floating in the game. Potential sources have also suggested that the publisher has added some new challenges as well while diminishing the Halloween episode. The new series of challenges in the Epic has been dubbed as "Lil' Kev challenges."

The latest insights into the game collectively point out that Fortnite now has a new set of weapons and targets. Although, these haven't been confirmed by any of the reliable sources. The developer of the game announced the Halloween Party back in the earlier part of the last week. It also conveyed a push message to the players of Fortnite on mobile platforms announcing the end of the horrifying yet super-exciting Halloween event.

The players on all other platforms may also receive an update from the publisher's end. As per the newest reports, this update may appear today in their gameplay conveying a warning: "the cube is unstable." The publisher also encourages the players to have fun with the new challenges.
