The next sensation from Samsung is said to hold spectacular advancements altogether. The most anticipated among these is the addition of an 'ultrasonic' fingerprint sensor which is about to make its very first debut with Samsung Galaxy S10.
According to Forbes, the company has long been on a silent battle with its closest rival Apple. The war has been specific to certain features. One of the most anticipated among these is the Face ID, seen on the most devices of Apple. The attribute utilizes facial recognition technology for unlocking purpose of the smartphone. Earlier it was thought that Samsung will compose some techniques to boast a similar feature to its forthcoming Galaxy S10. But according to the latest insights from the potential sources, Samsung has compromised its plans to boast a new Face ID on it next-gen handset. As per a report by Ice Universe, "The S10 cancels the iris sensor," "the ultrasonic fingerprint [sensor] is enough to replace it."
As per the latest report by Gadget 360, Samsung is going to integrate Qualcomm's third-generation ultrasonic under-display fingerprint sensor for the system. This means that Samsung will also move to the on-screen fingerprint based unlocking system of the smartphone leaving up the idea of a physical sensor on the backend of Galaxy S10. Samsung is also reportedly planning to release Galaxy S10 in various colour variants. An exclusive twilight coloured edition of the same is mostly thought to be unveiled. Samsung Galaxy S10 is reportedly going to make its first public debut by the first phase of the next year.
The display of the highest variant of the handset is reportedly going to be made of a 6.44-inch panel. However, it is also believed that Galaxy S10 will also have one or two 5.88-inch display variant(s). As for the processing unit, Samsung Galaxy S10 will be powered by Qualcomm's latest and most advanced chipset and that is the Snapdragon 845 Soc. Samsung Galaxy S10 is also rumoured to have higher memory capacity, although this hasn't been confirmed by any official sources from the company's end. The other specs of the handset are still not known. The price range is believed to be a bit higher than those of the existing Galaxy S9.
