Xiaomi has already clinched enormous fan following this year with its latest range of smartphones. Now the company is moving a step ahead to extend its run for success. Xiaomi is going to open its first store in the United Kingdom on November 8. The company is also reportedly going to unveil its next-gen handset: Mi 8 Pro on this occasion.

According to GSMArena, Xiaomi has released a poster showcasing a smartphone with an in-display fingerprint sensor. The smartphone has been showcased with a dark background around it. Nothing about the handset has been revealed yet. But what can be made out of the poster, the smartphone would flaunt curved edges. The display of the handset is expected to be bezel-less. Whether the phone will have a big notch or, it would only boast a water-drop-like-tip, is still a mystery to be resolved. The poster was accompanied by another picture, which clearly showcased an '8' in a horizontal manner.

As per a report by BGR, the next picture perfectly made a sense that Xiaomi is going to reveal its next handset, Mi 8 Pro as the first flagship to be released in the UK. The expected launch of the handset is scheduled to take place in London, where the company has established its very first store of the country. Xiaomi celebrated its 8th anniversary back in the first phase of this year. To mark the celebration, the company inaugurated the Mi 8 series handsets. Mi 8 SE partnered with the original Mi 8 were launched by Xiaomi back in May this year.

During that launch event, Xiaomi flaunted Mi 8 Lite and Mi 8 Pro.
Xiaomi uncovered Mi 8 Lite and Mi 8 Pro in another event in China, back in September. As the new poster flaunts the '8', it is likely to launch Mi 8 Pro as its pioneer high-end smartphone in the markets of the United Kingdom. As per Smartphone Specialists and analysts, Mi 8 Pro is likely to be powered by Qualcomm's top class processing unit: Snapdragon 845 SoC.

The smartphone is expected to run on Android 9 Pie based MiUi 10 software support, out of the box. The price range of Xiaomi Mi 8 Pro, in the UK markets, is still not known. But experts believe that Xiaomi would sell the handset as a mid-ranged phone only. All things can be answered, when Xiaomi launches its first store in the UK on the said date.
