The reaction came after the CEO of Apple, Tim Cook's interview with MSNBC, Mashable reported. The exact statement from Cook was, "We're not going to traffic, in your personal life."
There was no direct mention to whom or what Cook was allegedly referring to. The controversial statement was given out by the Apple CEO in response to the privacy concerns and issued raised back then in 2016, which coincided with the US Presidential Elections.
Zuckerberg Allegedly Bans iPhones
Facebook book's founder and current CEO Mark Zuckerberg, made no official statement as of writing regarding his reaction to Cook's statement. Facebook insiders leaked the information about Zuckerberg encourage the use of Android OS over Apple's. This immediately reached the media.
An Immature Move
This could be seen as a jealousy trip over the Social Media's value dipping in the markets, whereas, Apple made history in reaching $1trillion in revenue. Is Zuckerberg being a child and immature towards this?
Apple may have broken financial history with regards to its profit. However, should the Social Media company take their CEO's mandate seriously it could mean trouble for Apple.
Numbers Speak for Itself
Just last Wednesday, despite its recent financial peat its stock market value plummetted and took a dip. And just before that, the tech company declared earlier this month that it will no longer publish reports on their (iPhone) sales, according to Business Insider.
The decision came after iPhone sales showed no progress as compared to its sales last year. Speculations circulated that the situation may actually be worse.
