A month after "Red Dead Redemption 2" was launched, Rockstar immediately announced that the action-adventure game's online mode beta will be available this month although the developer has not announced its official public release. For those that have explored the core game, and would want to delve into its features, the wait is almost officially over.

Starting on November 27, all "Red Dead Redemption 2: Ultimate Edition" owners, or those who purchased the physical Ultimate Edition are required to redeem UE code in the packaging to be able to access it online. On November 28, the gamers who played the game on October 26 are eligible to play it online.

Further, those who played it on October 26 and October 29 can access the game online while all players who have purchased the game can gain access on November 30. "The Red Dead Online Beta will be available to anyone who owns 'Red Dead Redemption 2' on PlayStation 4 or Xbox One starting Friday, November 30," Rockstar noted. "When booting up Red Dead Redemption 2 and arriving to the title menu, you will see an option in the top right of the screen to select Online."

According to Game Rant, the online mode is expected to deliver new advanced features and assures to bring every best component of "Red Dead Redemption 2" as its foundation, combining it with Rockstar's best learning from "GTA Online." The online mode can be shared to seven players that can create and even customized their characters to explore the new online world transformed from the cities, towns, landscapes, and habitats from the core game.

"Red Dead Online" can either be played with multiple friends, or enjoy it alone, and rub shoulders with the familiar characters from all five fictional states of the United States. Players can also compete with other gamers in an open world challenges, go fishing or hunting, roam around busy towns or cities, fight against groups, go treasure hunting, go on missions, and much more.

As "Red Dead Redemption 2" is set in the year 1899, its online mode sets the new world that can be shared with friends and family while exploring the game's great characters, story, and open world. The game was received to universal acclaim upon release with critics praising its perfect score writing, and stunning depiction of an old period.

"Red Dead Online" will keep expanding over time to offer more challenging modes and features to its beloved gamers.
