Apple has reportedly been struggling with the sales figure of its latest iPhones. Still, it is making superlative benefits out of the same segment. The latest report from Reuters suggested that Apple iPhone XR is making path-breaking profits for the company since its official launch. A senior executive also confirmed this insight just now.
According to FirstPost, while talking to Reuters, Greg Joswiak, Apple's vice president of product marketing stated that Apple iPhone XR's present worldwide sales report has particularly been excellent. iPhone XR has been the company's best-selling iPhone model every day since it went on sale in mid-October. He also added that iPhone XR is Apple's "most mainstream product and our most popular iPhone," in the current context. "Since the iPhone XR became available, it's been the best-selling iPhone each and every day that it's been on sale," Joswiak said to Reuters.
As per a report by MoneyControl, Apple's iPhone XR is a mid-range variant of iPhone lineup which made its official debut in 2018. The handset was associated with two high-end handsets as well namely, iPhone XS and XS Max. The iPhone XR costs USD 749 whereas the price range of iPhone XS and XS Max begins at USD 999. Apple's iPhone XR held many of the company's much-awaited features. Among these, the facial recognition unlocking system and Apple's newest processing chip stun majority of the company's fans.
Apple is now also planning to move forward iPhone XR's promotion in a different manner. The report briefs: "Apple is planning to promote the red version of the iPhone XR as part of Product Red, the charity effort that gives a portion of sales of red-colored products to the Global Fund for programs to address HIV and AIDS." Further confirmation about the planning is still awaited.
Joswiak further stressed on the company's next initiative with iPhone XR. According to him, Apple has raised $200 million for the Global Fund so far. Apple plans to promote the red products during and after World AIDS Day on this December 1. Apple iPhone XR is now available globally in various color variants as well.
The interested buyers can rush to their nearest Apple Stores or, they can also log into the online marketplaces and well-known e-commerce sites, authorized by Apple, to buy their copies of Apple iPhone XR. The higher-end editions of the latest iPhone lineup, namely iPhone XS and XS Max are also available at all major retail shops and online stores.
