Samsung is having a superlative time of leaks and rumors with two of its upcoming smartphone families. The first lineup is its much-awaited Galaxy S10 batch and the second stake is 'M' series which is said to be unveiled in January 2019.
The latest insight hints that Samsung M Series smartphones will be released in India as their pioneering region. A new update states that Samsung M30 handset was spotted on Geekbench.
According to Digit, Samsung's first M series handset to be exposed to the web holds a model number: SM-M305F. It is powered by Exynos 7885 SoC as per the benchmarking site. As for its memory base, the smartphone will boast 4GB RAM coupled with either 64GB or 128GB of internal memory.
Potential sources claimed that the memory will be expandable with the help of MicroSD card. The rumored M30 handset will be running on Android 8.1 Operating System out of the box. But, as per reliable sources, it will be entitled to the list of Samsung smartphones which will be lined up for the software update of Android 9.0 Pie.
Besides Samsung Galaxy M30, Galaxy M20 and M10 smartphones were also spotted with the model number SM-M205F and SM-M105F. Galaxy M10 has already been officially listed in Geekbench. SM-M205F is expected to come with a huge battery of 5000 mAh capacity. This will be enough to ensure prolonged battery life.
The handset is rumored to be released with 32GB and 64GB storage memory options. Samsung Galaxy M10 is said to be powered by Exynos 7870 chip clocked at 1.59GHz. It has already been witnessed to be running on Android Oreo OS. A new update from Gadget 360 suggested that Galaxy M series smartphones will be the first instances to boast Infinity-V displays.
Galaxy M series handsets will be empowered based on Indian smartphone market's need of top-class handsets at affordable ranges. Apart from Galaxy M10, M20 and M30, Samsung is also said to plan another handset for India and South-Asian region, namely Galaxy M40.
Not much has been revealed from any of the official sources about the smartphones' price range. But, according to many smartphone experts and analysts, Samsung will keep the cost margin of M series smartphone to the mid-range only as the company is focusing to grasp the whole smartphone market of the country with these. Samsung Galaxy M handsets are expected to ship by the end of January 2019 only.
