Lindsay Lohan's Beach Club is finally on its track.
But aside from the attractive bartenders and models hand-picked by Lohan herself to become the VIP hosts of her beach house empire in Mykonos, Greece, the eyes of the followers of the said MTV show are also highlighted to the lady boss behind the show itself.
Insiders claim that the singer-actress Lohan, as the boss behind the show, is far from the image of a sweet girl we're used to seeing from the movies like Parent Trap and Mean Girls.
Being focused and workaholic, Lohan is strict especially when it comes to the betterment of the show. She is very passionate at work that she sometimes even scold her staffs about their outfits and their drinking habits.
But, despite her serious working attitude, her staff love, understand and even show respect to her and to the person she is behind the cameras, as posted by E! Online.
Kyle Marve, one of the VIP hosts of the show says, "Going into Mykonos, It was like this mental thing. Lindsay's the celebrity, this huge figure. When I got there, she was the opposite of that."
Marve also added that though she was overwhelmed by Lohan's presence in the show at first, her boss never failed to make her feel that she is a part of their family. "She was so personanable. She made me feel like a part of the team instantly", she shared.
One of the casts of the show, May Yassine, also shared how matured Lohan is when it comes to her job being the head of the show. According to her, Lohan has already grown from the little girl we used to know of her. In fact, whenever she's on the job, "she's a boss, like boss lady's walking in."
This is what Jules Wilson, also another pretty face of the show, seconded. According to him, Lohan was so professional that she really gained the trust and respect of the people working with her. Very far from what other people might have thought of her.
When asked why they think Lohan is being so matured in her new path now, Alex Moffitt, another person behind the show, shared that maybe the harsh life she encountered before became the knife that molded her to become what she is at present.
She might be impatient to the mistakes of the people around her sometimes, but the best thing about her is her passion for doing everything "for the right reasons," according to COSMOPOLITAN.
