There are a lot of things to be excited about as another year unfolds. One of those is travel predictions that some people can't help but orchestrate based on last year's travel information and recent signs of progress.
So basically, what are the things that travel buddies should probably look out this year? What will happen to airfare? Is it going to continue to increase or decrease? And how about the fees?
ASIAN AIRFARES WILL CONTINUE TO DECREASE
For several years now, Asian carriers, especially those that are from China, are already offering lower fares that made it easier for a lot of people to travel to places such as Beijing's Forbidden City and Tiananmen Square, Xi An's Big Wild Goose Pagoda & Terra Cotta, Shanghai's The Bund, shopping & skycrapers, and Guangzhou's Shamian Island & modern architecture.
This 2019, Forbes predicts that because of Chinese's economy, prices for fares will continue to decrease. This goes the same with other destinations such as Japan, only if you will take connecting flights to reach it.
"OTHER HIDDEN SURCHARGES" WILL INCREASE
With the satisfaction, peace, and enjoyment it can give, traveling will always come with a price. Though there are some agencies that will advertise your dream vacation as a budget meal, others would tend to exclude other fees from it to attract customers more.
It may seem like an illegal deceptive marketing practice, but this is somewhat inevitable. Destination surcharges might seem affordable but with hotel rooms at 35 US dollars with additional fees such as energy surcharges at 10 US dollars and parking fee of 15 US dollars per night, you might reconsider to save more for your trip.
HOTEL FEES IN EASTERN EUROPE WILL DROP
Unlike its Western counterpart, Eastern Europe offers great prices for goods and services, which are way cheaper especially for tourists. This reason makes the place a better haven for them, where they will definitely enjoy.
My Adventure Bucket predicts that the costs of living here would even get better this year. Prices for hotels and airfare would be cheaper, which makes this year the best time to visit Eastern Europe's amazing places such as Prague's Charles Bridge & medieval old town, Moscow's Kremlin, Saint Petersburg's Hermitage Museum, and Budapest's Castle Hill and River Danube.
Other travel predictions for this year include Latin America and North America's flight and hotel charges decreased rates, Argentina's doors more accessible to visitors, increased Norway's travel surcharges, and booming Turkey's tourism.
