Even members from a law enforcement unit can become vicious victims of criminality. On NCIS: New Orleans Season 5 Episode 8, this is exactly what happened to Sergeant Kate Dunn whose body absorbed multiple stabbed wounds.

Considering that fans and viewers of the naval crime investigating TV series just can get enough thrills from the show, spoilers are online to perk things up. It starts when the NCIS team has subjected gangster-turned-informant Mateo Diaz into protective custody.

The "Close to Home" episode puts Necar Zadegan, who plays character Hannah Khoury, in the cross hairs once again where high school life is surprisingly the backdrop perspective. Also investigating the murder of the junior officer training corp instructor is Vanessa Ferlito who assumes the identity of Gregorio.

Together the two NCIS agents buckle down to work to find and capture the killer at the soonest. The burden is somewhat heavier on Khoury whose famed rise to team leader status is being hampered by a personal strain.

Taking over the emotionally-stressed Special Agent Dwayne Pride who is depicted by Scott Bacula, Hannah must rise above the challenges surrounding her. With a daughter under the custody of her former husband, there is a chip on her shoulder, to say the least.

Judging from the background built for Zadegan, the Persian-born character has been a resilient individual while growing up. Fifteen years of solid crisis management have catapulted her to be among the best agents across the globe.

What is even more interesting is the fact that Hannah Khoury is an expert in six languages. With this in mind, the possibility of relevant global cases to solve in the future is highly likely. Here is a strong lady character who doesn't get swayed by the inhibitions involving her family.

Zadegan's vulnerability has been put to the test during the "Survivor" episode where she and her entire family have been placed in protective custody. The plot has been spearheaded by a personal enmity against Hannah. An evasive terrorist has been tracking her down to settle a score.

How the whole scenario will play is up to Khoury. Although she has what it takes to protect everyone close to her, she must handle her emotional side with extreme care. It is important that she cannot get carried away by the discord thrown at her by the enemy.

NCIS: New Orleans will continue to heat up as the show continues to roll through all 24 episodes. With the possibility of Pride coming back to lead the team once again, it is likely that Hannah will continue to establish her presence and hold her own.
